Responsibilities
Teach and guide students in both theory and practice. Develop training materials, assess students' progress, and collaborate with operational teams to improve the learning environment.
Operate as Executive Chef for the hotel
The working location is at the hotel operated by Hainan Lausanne Tourism University.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
Chef with international mindset, and culinary expertise.
Demonstrated expertise in international cuisine with a minimum of 8 years in executive-level roles
Be proficient in using English as a working language.
