Job Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue generation throughaggressive goal setting, team motivation, and proven sales strategies.
• Analyze market competition and markettrends and identify client needs using business tools and first - hand observation.
• Provide strategic, data - based revenuemanagement plans for the hotel, including rate development, establishment ofgroup thresholds, space utilization, demand analysis, market mix management,and deployment strategies.
• Proactively solicit and secure businessfrom new and prospective clients using proven sales strategies aligned with thehotel’s brand and vision.
• Provide collaboration, mentorship,coaching, and training to the hotel sales team, continually assessing thestrengths and opportunities of team members.
• Ensure effective utilization of sellingguidelines to maximize revenue contribution from all segments, employing cross- segment selling strategies when needed.
• Manage client contract process includingnegotiation, provisions, supplemental solution selling, and contractgeneration, capturing all information necessary for execution and billing.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills, including electronic communication.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write inprimary language used in the workplace.
• Sales experience in hotels required.
• A 4 - year degree in hospitality /business management or marketing, or equivalent experience and education.
