岗位职责
1. Responsible for the promotion/service of hotel conferences and exhibitions;
全面负责酒店会议,展示会等的推销/服务等工作;
2. Assisted in formulating marketing plans for conference sales, improved working procedures and standards for conference sales, formulated rules and regulations related to conference sales and directed their implementation;
协助制定会务销售的市场推销计划、并完善会务销售工作程序和标准,制定会务销售相关规章制度并指挥实施;
3. Arranged and supervised the normal work of subordinates;
安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作;
4. Establish and improve the archiving records of banquet diary, customer contract, banquet order and forecast sheet, so as to make them effective working procedures and management methods;
建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录,使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段;
5. Regularly evaluate the performance of subordinates, implement rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, strengthen staff training and improve staff quality.
定期对下属进行绩效评估,按奖惩制度实施奖惩,并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。
job requirements
岗位要求
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in relevant position or more than 2 years working experience in equivalent position;
大专以上学历,从事相关岗位工作5年以上或同等职位2年以上经验;
2. Have working experience in hotel conference sales and service, able to carry out overall marketing work in combination with the characteristics of the industry, with certain customer accumulation and team spirit;
具有酒店会务销售及服务相关工作经验,能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作,有一定的客户积累,团队合作精神;
3. Rich experience in organizing and executing large-scale conferences;
对大型会务的组织及执行有丰富的经验;
4. Strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability;
具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力;
5. Familiar with the local meeting customer market in Ankang is preferred;
熟悉安康当地会务客源市场优先;
6. Strong ambition, sense of responsibility and pioneering spirit
