1.根据市场推广计划,执行所有相关市场的销售行动计划(根据市场分类和地理位置)。
To implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
2.通过直接的销售拜访、电话、书面沟通和电子媒体等多种方式保持度假村在客源地市场的曝光率。
To maintain a high level of exposure for the resort in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, written communications, and other digital exposure.
3.组织及带领客人进行实地考察。
To organize and conduct site inspections with clients.
4.处理熟悉市场团队的所有事宜, 包括寻求,协调和执行。
To handle all aspects of Familiarization Groups including enquiry, co-ordination and execution thereof.
5.对过去已发生的团队负责跟进,类似于发送感谢信,节假日祝福等,为将来的生意发展潜在客户资源。
Responsible for history group follow up such as sending thank you letter or holiday cards and for developing potential client data for future business opportunities.
6.确保销售拜访覆盖相应负责市场区域的所有潜在主要客户。
To establish and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
7.负责把了解到的市场变化、行业趋势、新开发的项目及时反馈给市场销售总监/销售总监/销售经理。
To provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing/Director of Sales/Senior Sales Managers/Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.
8.及时准确地传递销售信息给相关运作部门,以达到服务良好衔接,保证客户体验。
To deliver guest request and information to other departments to ensure of guest satisfaction by effective communication.
9.根据需要参加由宴会及会议统筹部门组织的会前协调准备会议及会后的总结会议。
To attend all pre-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Meeting Services Department and assists in the preparation of post-conference reports.
