1. Ensure that telephone charging system is checked regularly for successful transfer of telephone charges for all telephone calls made, reporting any abnormality to Supervisor.

2. Ensure all respective colleagues are informed at once in case of emergency, such as fire, bomb threat.

5. To maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. Up-selling belongs to highest priorities.
