保安部领班 Security Team Leader

1. Protect property and provide a safe environment for guests and Associate. Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher station. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports.
保护酒店财产，和为宾客和员工提供安全的居住，工作环境。督导当班的安全部员工。分配协调任务，确保当班员工理解当天的注意事项和情况。准备每天的书面工作报告。
2. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around building.
对进出酒店，或在酒店区域闲逛的可疑人员，保持监视。
3. Conduct walk through observations of entire hotel. Promote safe work practices.
对整个酒店区域进行巡视检查。推广安全操作规范。
4. Assist to develop and administer safety programs.
协助推广实行各项安全工作程序。
岗位要求
1.高中以上学历，1年以上在安全部门，并具备管理经验
2.有保安相关证书
