物业员（电工，维修）Property Agent

Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports. Implement duties, complete works on duty, ensure the safety of guests and team members.
保证酒店设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,月度的保养与维修。履行岗位职责，完成岗位的工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。
任职资格：
1. Strong background of hotel Chiller sets, A.H.Us equipment repair and maintenance.
有较强的制冷设备、空调设备的维修经验。
2. Both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
需要强电和机械方面的知识。
3. Knowledge of audio-visual system, lighting system, security monitoring system, back-ground music system, satellite system ，telephone system and fire alarming system.
具备音响，灯光，监控，背景音乐，卫星电视，电话和消防报警方面的知识。
4. Have experiences for the repair of the damaged, old furniture, carpets, ceilings, doors, hardware, locks, etc, and be capable of proposing the solution ways.
对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案。
5. Knowledge of hotel electric、transformer room 、generator supply system.
掌握酒店强电、变电所、发电机供电系统。
6. Strong with fire control knowledge.
有一定的消防安全知识。
