主要职责
Main Duties
行政
Administration
§ 协助落实与达成酒店销售策略 (目标,战术和行动) ,超越客房,餐饮, 和所有的其他部门的预测收入。
To
assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and
actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and
Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
§ 确定酒店进行的销售活动与企业行销策略一致, 在适宜的地方开展酒店行销活动。
To ensures
that the Sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy,
and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
§ 在销售部总监缺席期间担负销售部的职责。
To represents
the Sales function in the absence of the Director of Sales.
§ 协助准备和更新部门的操作手册和指南等。
To assist
in the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
§ 参加常规的部门沟通会议,并且确保起到有效地执行和引导的作用。
To
attend regular departmental communications meetings and ensure that
departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
§ 确保销售文件和系统预约信息的正确性,包括团体房间和会议的历史信息资料,合同,房态分析,信用和付款证明文件, 等等
To
ensure sales files and systems to have correct booking procedures, including
group room and meeting programme history, contractual agreements, room block
analysis, credit and payment documents, etc.

Service
§ 监督所有的酒店职员做到时刻传递品牌承诺和提供客制化的客人服务情况, 给各部门的主管提供积极和建设性的必要的反馈。
To
monitor that all hotel associates deliver the brand promise and provide
exceptional guest service at all times, providing positive and constructive
feedback as necessary to the respective Head of Department
§ 保证销售人员对其他的部门的内部客人也要提供适当的优质服务。
To
ensure that Sales associates also provide excellent service to internal
customers in other departments as appropriate.
§ 以礼貌和有效的态度处理所有客人和内部客户的投诉和质询,跟进并确定问题被满意地解决。
To
handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous
and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved
satisfactorily.

To
maximize associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling,
multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the
business as well as the expectations of the guests.

assist with the preparation of the annual sales plan.
§ 协助整理月销售报告和评估。
To
assist the monthly sales reporting and reforecast.
§ 协助管理销售资金来源和控制部门的费用。
To
assist the sales resources and funds and control departmental costs.
§ 确保酒店,公司的政策和地方的规章与财政的记录保管,资金操作和许可执照相关联, 包括财政数据报告的及时和准确。
To
ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations
relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered
to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Marketing

To
assist all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying
with the Smart Selling approaches, in order to create a strong and disciplined
sales team, and to achieve the sales goal.
§ 监控和评估地方,国内的和国际的市场趋势,和酒店竞争对手的销售状况,为了要确定酒店的市场销售保持竞争的优势。
To
monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the
competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure that the hotel’s
marketing and sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
§ 协助处理所有主要的销售大客户和团体,在收益管理经理/收益分析专员提供的销售账户分析的基础上给予评估, 并以此来制定价格,剩余空房数和销售资源配置的策略。
To
assist to manage all the key sales accounts and groups, to evaluate them based
sales account analysis prepared by Revenue Manager/ Revenue Analyst, and to make strategy for pricing,
inventory, and sales resource allocation.
§ 积极地参与销售会议,开发和调整销售账户,以及制定价格策略。
To
actively participates in sales meetings, developing and adjusting sales account
and pricing strategy.
§ 确保技术系统的良好使用包括Envision或其他的销售和餐饮系统,而且保证数据是准确的。
To
ensure that the best use is made of technology including Envision or other
sales and catering systems and that data is clean.
§ 要按照行业,公司,酒店的规定,反应在市场销售变化。
To
respond to changes in the Sales function as dictated by the industry, company
and hotel.
§ 协调和实行获得,发展和保持销售。
To coordinate
and execute acquisition, developments, and retention sales.
§ 制定简明清晰,可衡量的月度战略计划,以衡量工作的效力和效率
Make a clear, concise and
measurable Strategic Revenue Plan on monthly basis to track the work
effectiveness in an efficient manner.

Operational
§ 保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F
Ocean Paradise’s facilities, features and services.
§ 协助和协调所有的销售活动和在酒店各处联系沟通这些活动。
To assist with and coordinate all selling activities and to
communicate these activities throughout the hotel.
§ 维护地方,国内和国际团体的数据库,宴会和会议领引并且确定适当销售发展和获得活动的落实。
To maintain a database of local, national and international
group, catering and conference leads and ensure implementation of appropriate
sales development and acquisition activities.

To make sure that all the sales proposals, collateral,
digital tools, and other sales communications are in line with the hotel’s and

To be aware of community, business, political and social
factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.
§ 确保每周核对剩余房间和宴会空间信息用来在低住房率期间制定销售策略。
To ensure that the room and banquet space inventories are
reviewed weekly and that strategies are formulated to fill low occupancy
periods.
§ 当代表销售部门签署合同的时候要依照酒店制定的政策和程序进行。
To follow the established hotel policies and procedures when
signing contracts on behalf of the Sales Department.
§ 参加主要的旅游,商业和企业会议以扩大客户群体达到推销酒店的目的。
To attend major travel, trade and corporate functions to
network and promote the hotel.
§ 以生意优先为基础计划和执行销售行程。
To plan and execute sales trips based on business
priorities.
§ 招待现有和潜在的客户,而且确保其他的销售人员在基于生意优先的基础上招待他们的客户。
To entertain existing and potential customers and ensure
that other Sales personnel entertain customers based on business priorities.
§ 通过直接销售,电话联系和书信方式协助酒店创造美誉度。
To assist in creating a high level of exposure for the hotel
through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication.
§ 密切地以支持和通融的态度与其他的管理人员合作,把重心集中在酒店的成功发展和酒店客人的满意度上。
To work closely with other management personnel in a
supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel
and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

To make sure that other Sales associates work in a
supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work
through Teams”.

Personnel
§ 协助招募和筛选应聘的销售人员。当招募和在使用以资格基础方式选择职员时应以酒店指导方针为向导。
To
assist in the recruitment and selection of all Sales associates. To follow
hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to
selecting associates.
§ 保证销售职员严守时间和高质量外表的观念, 依照酒店和部门仪容仪表的标准确保职员穿着正确的制服和保持高标准的个人外表和卫生。
To
ensure the punctuality and appearance of all Sales associates, making sure that
they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal
appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming
standards.
§ 组织年度业绩发展的讨论和对于员工的专业发展目标给以帮助。
To
conduct annual Performance Development Discussions and to support associates in
their professional development goals.

plan and implement effective training programmes, including all the required
Sales Courses, for associates in coordination with the Learning and Development
Manager and Departmental Trainers.

maximize the effectiveness of every Sales associate by developing each of their
skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or

§ 确保个人高水平的外表与仪态。
To
ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
§ 努力和竞争酒店,商业伙伴以及其它组织的保持专业的合作关系。
To maintain
strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from
competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations.
§ 熟知酒店的员工手册内容,严格执行酒店的规章制度,尤其是有关消防、卫生、健康、安全的制度、酒店故事情节以及设计概念、乐园日常运营知识、凯悦天地关键性政策和规则。
Reads the hotel's associate
Handbook and have an understanding and adhere of hotel's rules and regulations
and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene,
health, safety, storyline and concept direction,
ocean paradise daily operations, World of Hyatt critical policy and rules.
§ 在必要时参加培训课程和会议。
To attend
training sessions and meetings as and when required.
§ 担负其它的合理责任和职责任务。
To
carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
