Main Duties

Administration
§
协助确保酒店电子商务活动与酒店的营销策略一致,对酒店活动予以适当执行。
Assists
to ensure that the E commerce activities are aligned with
the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been
implemented where appropriate.

Oversees
the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
§
定期召开部门沟通会议,确保部门例会和会议有效进行。
Conducts
regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental
briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
§
协助酒店的电子商务策略的执行(目标、策略和行动),以达到和超越房务、餐饮和水疗中心其他营利部门所预测的收入目标。
Assists
in the implementation of the hotel’s E commerce Strategy (goals, tactics and
actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and
Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments.

Ensures
that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all
communications records.

Keeps
office environment clean and neat and stores all data electronically as opposed

that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to
financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to,
including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Maximises
associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and
flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the

Manages
costs proactively based on key performance indicators, works with the
respective Heads of Department as appropriate.

Maintains
complete records of all E commerce

Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales
solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications.
§ 进行充分的竞争对手调查,保持良好的酒店产品知识。
Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent
Product Knowledge of the Hotel.

Operational
§ 保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains
a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F Ocean Paradise’s facilities,
features and services.
§ 为酒店网页制订电子商务策略和最佳实施方案,如运用Editor(凯悦的专属CMS工具)做内容管理、交通行驶路线。
Develop Ecommerce
strategies and best practices for the hotel web site such as content management
(using The Editor – Hyatt’s proprietary CMS tool) and traffic driving tactics
and strategies
§ 根据需要,管理并与代理合作,为网页开发制定项目如餐饮、婚宴等。
Work with and manage
agency for mini-site development projects as necessary/needed – for F&B,
weddings, and so on.
§ 与市场传讯部经理紧密合作,确保所有酒店网页内容相关、更新和优化。
Work closely with
Marketing Communication managers to website content for all hotel websites is
relevant, up to date and optimised.
§ 会见电子商务行业代表如供应商、代理、媒体如百度等,为最佳实施方案获取观点意见。
Meet with digital and
Ecommerce industry representatives (i.e. vendors, agencies, media partners such
as Baidu, and so on. if necessary) to gain insight to best practices.
§ 作为主要联系人,与所有电子商务供应商和代理建立良好的合作关系。基于凯悦集团办公室和代理的合作规定,定期保持与代理的沟通。
Develop and build
strong working relationships with vendors and agency partners – serve as
primary point of contact for all digital marketing/E-Commerce vendors and
agencies. Frequency of agency contact
will be determined based on the scope of work outlined between the agency and
Hyatt’s corporate office.

Work with agency to
ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the
region and no business-related conflicts (i.e. bidding on same keywords, and so

This role will be
responsible for status calls to review performance reports as well as set goals
and objectives with the agency.

Arranges for hotel site inspections.

Proactively seeks opportunities (internally and externally) to
promote rooms and food and beverage business.

and hazard safety, and security.

Ensures
high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Maintains
strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from
competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations, including local
schools, hotel schools and universities.

Responds
to changes in the Marketing Communications
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Reads the hotel's associate
Handbook and have an understanding and adhere of hotel's rules and regulations
and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene,
health, safety, storyline and concept direction,
ocean paradise daily operations, World of Hyatt critical policy and rules.
§ 针对管理和个人行为负责, 并且积极展现酒店管理层和凯悦国际的形象。
Exercises
responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the
hotel management team and Hyatt International.
§ 参加必要的培训和例会。
Attends
training sessions and meetings as and when required.
§ 完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
Carries
out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
