【任职资格Qualification】
1.两年以上酒店或相关工作经历为佳。
More than two years’ working experience in hotel or relevant experience is preferred.
2.熟悉办公自动化软件的使用。
Familiar with office automation software.
3.具有良好的管理能力,组织协调能力,人际沟通能力和应变能力。
Good management skill, organization and coordination skill, interpersonal communication skill and adaptability.
4.掌握各类清洁用具的使用和保养方法,懂得并能使用各种消防安全设施。
Know well about the usage of all cleaning tools and methods of maintenance. Understand how to use a variety of fire fighting apparatus.
5.主要客源所在地的风俗习惯,掌握宾客接待的礼仪礼节知识。
Master main guests source countries of the customs and habits, understand the guest reception etiquette.
6.富有责任心,工作细致、认真,为人表率,注重质量,讲究效率。
Have strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, careful; set self as an example, willing to learn, to be enthusiasm and compassionate, focus on quality and efficiency.
7.较强的汉语表达能力,有一定外语能力为佳。
Good Mandarin speaking and writing skill, a certain ability of foreign language is preferred.
8.具有高中或以上学历, 酒店或外语相关专业为佳。
High school diploma or above, hotel or foreign language related major is preferred.
【岗位职责Job Description】
1.协助客房部副理确保部门顺畅有效的运转,并且确保部门的运转严格遵照部门政策和程序进行。
Assists the Assistant Manager – Housekeeping in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
2.确保客房部的服务符合酒店的标准。
Ensures Housekeeping service according standards of Hotel.
3.为客房服务员准备工作记录表。
Prepares worksheets for daily Housekeeping Room Attendants.
4.准备迷你吧和库房盘点报告,及房间缺陷清单。
Prepares reports for Mini bar, Inventory, Room defects list.
