【任职资格Qualification】
1.持有救生员证书，具有高度的安全意识和责任感.
Lifeguard certificate holder withhigh safety awareness and responsibility.
2.很强的交流沟通能力。
Excellent communication skills .
3.高中以上学历。
High school above.
4.2年以上国际酒店工作经验，1年以上同岗位经验就职经验。
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1years’ experience in a similar position in.
【岗位职责Job Description】
1. 监督游泳者的活动，确保游泳者遵守规章制度。
To supervise the activities ofswimmers by enforcing rules and regulations.
2. 快速响应水里或周边区域的所有紧急情况。
Respond quickly to all emergencysituations in the water or on surrounding areas.
3. 警告游泳者任何不适宜的活动或危险。
To warn swimmers of improperactivities or hazards.
4. 随时准备在不伤害已受伤的伤者情况下，抢救伤者或进行急救。
To be prepared at all times torescue, resuscitate and give first-aid without further endangering the injuredpersons.
5. 礼貌且高效地处理所有内部及外部客人的投诉及要求，跟进确保问题的圆满解决。
Handle applicable guest complaints and inquiries in acourteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems areresolved satisfactorily.
6. 保持与顾客和同事之间良好的合作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions withgood working relationships.
7. 在不影响监控泳池或海滩活动的主要职责的情况下，以礼貌高效的态度给客户提供或安排协助。
Without deviating from the primary responsibility ofmonitoring the activities in the pool orbeach, you must be able to offer or arrange guest assistance if and whenrequired in a courteous and efficient manner.
