Main Duties
1.确保儿童乐园有效顺畅的运转。
To ensure the smoothand efficient operation of reception and guest service areas for Kids Club.
2.确保根据最新的促销活动、政策和通告;为客人提供相应的服务。
Ensure treatment guestsmaintain an up to date awareness of current promotions, policy changes andmemorandums.
3.确保所有员工及顾客使用的设施,运作器械及工具达到最标准的洁净和整齐。
Ensure the highestpossible standard of cleanliness and orderliness of all facilities, operationalequipment and gear utilized by associate and customers alike.
4.全面完全的了解康乐部的运营需求, 包括设备,产品和布巾的使用。
Clear understanding of recreation department operational needs, such asequipment, products and linen usage.
5.建立并保持与客人良好的合作关系,负责处理客人投诉、需求并解答关于服务方面的询问。
Establish rapport withguests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints,requests and enquiries on services.
6.确保根据最新的促销活动、政策和通告;为客人提供相应的服务。
