主要职责
Main Duties
1.确保部门高效顺畅的运作。
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the ReservationsDepartment.
2.确保所有预订部员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensure thatall Reservation Employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptionalguest service at all times.
3.确保预订部员工适时的为其他部门员工同样提供优异服务。
Ensure thatReservation employees also provide excellent service to internal customers asappropriate.
4.礼貌高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,并跟进以确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest andinternal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
5.保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains adetailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F Ocean Paradise’s facilities,features and services.
6.按照酒店的专业标准接受预订和操作系统。
Takes reservationsand operates systems in accordance with hotel standards of performance.
7.协助操作个人和团队预订,准备房间清单和候补预订及其他预订。
Assists with theprocessing of individual and group reservation, rooming list, waiting list andother reservation.
8.与各相关部门紧密合作,确保正确的处理所有超额订房,候补预订的情况。
Ensure theproper handling of all overbooking situations and waiting list business,working closely with relevant department.
9.监督和跟进团队预留以及无房间清单的团队预定。
Monitors and followup on group blocks and groups with no room lists.
10.遵循预置的可销售房间数和房价制度。
Adheres to pre-setavailability and rate controls.

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:21-35岁
- 语言要求:英语-良好
- 计算机能力:熟练
