主要职责
Main Duties
1.持续进行适合的销售计划及多方面的项目,以达成预定的收益预算。
To achievepre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmesand handling multi-faceted projects.
2.开展广泛的竞争者调查,保持对酒店产品的良好认知。
Conducts extensive competitor research and maintainsexcellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
3.协助处理所有主要的销售大客户和团体,在收益管理经理/收益分析专员提供的销售账户分析的基础上给予评估, 并以此来制定价格,剩余空房数和销售资源配置的策略。
To assist to manage all the key sales accounts and groups, to evaluate them based salesaccount analysis prepared by Revenue Manager/Revenue Analyst, and to make strategy for pricing, inventory, and salesresource allocation.
4.通过电话销售、对客合同和书面交流,保证酒店的广泛认知度。
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through directsales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
5.保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&FOcean Paradise’s facilities, features and services.
6.通过专业的常规电话销售活动和跟进发展新的商业机会。
Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities toidentify new business opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identifyprospect.
7.对现有和潜在的客户进行销售拜访以获取新的商业机会。
Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned whichis our current and potential clientele to explore into new businessopportunities.
8.建立良好的关系以寻求获取既定的宴会会议活动方面的信息资源。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information inregard to planned and up coming functions/ events.
9.执行市场营销计划中列明的相关责任区域中的销售行动计划。
Implements all sales action plans related to responsibilityareas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
