MainDuties
1.协助确保嘉宾轩的有效运行
Toassist in the smooth and efficient running of the Regency Club Departmentwithin the Rooms Division.
2.确保客人得到快速、高效、准确的入住登记和结账离店服务。
Ensuresthat guests receive a speedy and efficient check in / out.
3. 确保严格遵守酒店的收银程序;所有备用金都要根据财务部设立的政策和程序合理使用。
Ensuresthat the cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to, that all floats areused appropriately in accordance to Policies & Procedures set by Finance.
4.根据部门运营手册的标准处理所有抵、离店记录。
Handlesall arrival and departure records according to the standards set in the DepartmentalOperations Manual.
5.确保持续高水平的对客服务。
Ensuresa high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
6.确保嘉宾轩与其它部门高度的配合。
Ensuresa high level of liaison is maintained between Regency Club and all otherdepartments within the Hotel.
7.主动向潜在客人推销凯悦天地计划。
PromotesWorld of Hyatt programme to potential guests whenever possible.
8.确保熟知关于宾客满意度调查和宾客入住体验方面的知识。
Ensuringassociates are well knowledgeable about Hysat and GEM (Guest ExperienceManagement).
9.全面了解酒店提供的所有服务。
Has athorough understanding of all the services offered by the Hotel.
10.具备充足的菜单和设备知识。能够根据客人需求进行相应推荐。
Has athorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menuand the ability to recommend Food and Beverage according to guest requires.
