Main Duties
1.对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have athorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menuand the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives.
2.确保餐厅的前、后区域的洁净有序。
Ensuresthat the Market Café is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
3.以支持和灵活的态度与其他经理紧密合作,着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
Worksclosely with other Market Café Managers in a supportive and flexible manner,focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotelguests.
4.确保贯彻执行凯悦餐饮宝典20条准则。
Ensuresthat the “Food and Beverage Top 20 Fundamentals” are implemented.
5.运营时确保向客人提供充分优质高效的服务。
One shouldensure to 100% focus on customers during operation and provide authentic /sufficient service.
6.餐饮部其他部门需要时提供必要的协助。
One shouldprovide assistance to other food & beverage venues when needed.
7.协助咖啡厅经理确保根据确定的经营理念高效管理餐厅,始终提供周到、专业、高效和灵活的服务。
To assist the Market Café Manager in ensuringthat the Market Café is managed efficiently according to the establishedconcept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexibleservice at all times.
8.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handlesall guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily.
9.确保餐饮部员工提供热情、高品质的服务以满足客人需求。
One should ensure our associates (service) are always reachable while itis needed by customers and show passion to provide our authentic service.
10.在任何时间表现负责的主管行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和凯悦国际。
Exercisesresponsible supervisory behaviour at all times and positively representing thehotel team and Hyatt International.
