主要职责
Main Duties
1. 管理酒店公共区域,客房及后场办公室的清洁工作。
Tomanage all functions related to the cleanliness of the Hotel’s public, guest room and back-of-the house areas.
2. 确保客房和公共区域的清洁达到凯悦品牌的标准。
Ensuresthe cleanliness of guest room and public areas meet Hyatt brand standards.
3. 检查客房,后场区域、公共区域、餐厅及大堂,以发现需要维修及更换的家具或设备,并向客房部经理提出建议。
Inspectsguest rooms, Heart of House, outside areas of the Hotel, restaurants and Lobbyto determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, andmakes recommendations to Housekeeping Manager.
4. 指引和协助负责清洁的员工的工作。
Directsand assists in assigning work to cleaning associates.
5. 检查走廊、楼梯间、服务区域、大堂及其他公共区域,以保证这些地方干净、整齐。
Inspectscorridors, staircases, service areas, Lobby, and other public areas forcleanliness and orderliness.
6. 协调所有餐厅清洁及特别项目。
Carries out all Outlet cleaning and special projects.
7. 发放、检查及控制所有清洁用品和设备。
Issues,inspects, and controls all cleaning products and equipment.
8. 向工程部报告所有须要保养或维修的项目。
Reportsto Engineering Department all items and fixtures requiring maintenance orrepair.
9. 根据日程安排,督导所有对公共区域家具和大理石台面的清洁、保养。
Supervisesall cleaning and maintenance works of all fixtures and marble surfaces inpublic areas have been carried out according to the schedule.
10. 督导对酒店周围路径的清洁工作。
Supervisesand carries out the cleanliness of the pavement around the Hotel.
11. 确保植物和公共区域花卉的浇灌工作。
Ensuresall plants and flower in the public area are watered as needed.
12. 向客房部经理汇报有关防虫治虫的事情。
Reports any pest-control issues to theHousekeeping Manager.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1.具有三年以上酒店公共区域工作经历。
Minimum three years work experience of PA.
2.有较强的操作能力,掌握酒店公共设施的清洁保养方法,熟知各种清洁设备工具和清洁剂的性能、使用及保养方法。
Good operation skills, good knowledge in public area facilities cleaning and maintenance, know well about cleaning equipments, tools and cleansers about capability, usage and maintenance.
3.了解有关环境和卫生方面的法规和条例;懂得宾客接待的礼节礼貌知识。
Know about the regulations and laws of pro-environment and hygiene. Know guests Reception courtesy.
4.有一定的沟通协调能力;有较强的责任心,工作细致、踏实,待人热情,真诚,性格稳健。
A certain degree of communication and coordination skills. A strong sense of responsibility; be meticulous, dependable, enthusiastic, sincere, and steady.
5.有较好的语言表达能力
Good language skills.
