Main Duties
1. 持续进行适合的销售计划及多方面的项目,以达成预定的收益预算。
To achievepre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmesand handling multi-faceted projects.
2. 保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&FOcean Paradise’s facilities, features and services.
3. 进行广泛的竞争酒店调查,保持对酒店信息的详细认知。
Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintainsexcellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.
4. 对现有和潜在的客户进行销售拜访以获取新的商业机会。
Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned whichis our current and potential clientele to explore into new businessopportunities.
5. 建立良好的关系以寻求获取既定的宴会会议活动方面的信息资源。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information inregard to planned and up coming functions/ events.
6. 执行市场营销计划中列明的相关责任区域中的销售行动计划。
Implements all salesaction plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
7. 通过提高个人技巧、能力,适当的训练,指导和教育,使销售人员达到最大的工作效力。
Maximises the effectiveness of associates by developing eachof their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching,and/or mentoring.
8. 协助组织年度业绩发展的讨论和对于员工的专业发展目标给以帮助。
Assists to conduct annual Performance DevelopmentDiscussions with associates and to support them in their professionaldevelopment goals.
9. 熟知酒店的员工手册内容,严格执行酒店的规章制度,尤其是有关消防、卫生、健康、安全的制度、酒店故事情节以及设计概念、乐园日常运营知识、凯悦天地关键性政策和规则。
Reads the hotel's associateHandbook and have an understanding and adhere of hotel's rules and regulationsand in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene,health, safety, storyline and concept direction,ocean paradise daily operations, World of Hyatt critical policy and rules.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 至少2年在国际连锁酒店的同岗位相关工作经验。
Minimum 2+ years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
2. 拥有丰富的销售经验和执行力。
With strong sales experience and execution.
3.良好的中英文读写能力。
Excellentcommand of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
