1.维护适当的销售活动,处理不同的销售项目,达到预先设定的销售目标
To achieve pre-determined revenue targets
while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted
projects.
2.了解每一个活动,确保相关餐饮部门成功准备和管理所有活动
Spends time in each function to ensure that
the functions are managed well by the related F&B outlets.
3.始终确保餐饮部所有销售文件和系统信息的准确性和有效性
Ensures
that an efficient and accurate filing system for F&B department, both
manuals as well as electronic, is maintained at all times.
4.与相关的运作部门保持紧密的合作,确保按客人的需要提供准确的服务
Liaises and works closely with the related
operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met.
5.建立并维持良好的客户关系并且不断的开发新的生意机会
Establishes and maintains strong
relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new
business opportunities.
6.拥有出色的酒店产品与服务知识,为了能在推销服务与设备给客人的时候进行全面的解释。Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
7.进行广泛的市场竞争者调查,并且保持良好的餐饮部产品知识
Conducts extensive competitor research and
maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the food and beverage.
8.确保在销售工作中,无论是通过电话,合同还是书面联络都要体现出我们酒店的高水准
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel
through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written
communications.
9.随时训练个人的管理责任感和态度,正面的展现酒店管理团队和凯悦国际的形象
Exercises responsible management and
behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team
and Hyatt International.
10.响应由于酒店,行业或公司为销售运作带来的变化
Responds to changes in the Sales function
as dictated by the industry, company and hotel
