Primary Responsibilities
• Proficient in accounts receivable and payment processes, accounting procedures, and relevant accounting principles
• Assist superior in the timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (hotel performance)
• Collaborate with business departments to conduct P&L analysis and forecasting, providing early warnings for abnormal data trends
• Familiar with Office suite (e.g., Excel functions and formulas) and possesses foundational data processing capabilities
• Prepare and check the financial reports to be uploaded in the software for Paris office
• Assist in external audit requests and prepare necessary work papers as required
• Assist on budgets and forecasts preparation
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related major.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Department, with hotel experience is a plus
• Skill in Excel
• Good English in listening, writing , reading and speaking
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Good team working skills and able to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
