一、行政
Administratio
确保始终高效、精确地保存文本文件和电子文件。
Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as
well as electronically is maintained at all times.
完整保存酒店所有销售协议、合同和报价单。
Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements,
Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
建立有效的文档跟踪系统,保证可跟踪查找所有预订交易信息。
Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked
is properly tracked.
协助整理和编制销售报告。
Assists in consolidating and preparing Sales report.
二、宾客服务
Customer
Service
在适当时接待和款待客人来店实地考察。
Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients
whenever required.
建立和保持与固定客人的良好关系。
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the
established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
与相关运营部门联系并紧密合作,确保达到和满足客人的要求和期望。
Liaises and works closely with the related operation
departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的询问,并向上汇报投诉或问题。如果无法立即处理问题,要保证及时跟进处理。
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous
and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems. If no immediate solution can be found, to
ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
确保客人和员工之间的良好互动,和员工之间的良好工作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions
with good working relationships.
三、财务
Financial
协助达到月度和年度以及个人的销售目标,以达到总的销售目标额。
Assists to achieve the monthly and annual personal
target contributing to the Sales revenue.

Marketing
细心处理销售电话达到既定目标。
Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
协助开展广泛的竞争者调查,保持对酒店产品的良好认知。
Assists to conduct extensive competitor research and
maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
通过电话销售、对客合同和书面交流,保证酒店的广泛认知度。
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through
direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
开展专业的日常电话销售活动、吸引新客户。
Professionally conducts routine telemarketing
activities to identify new accounts.

Operational

Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt’s
Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
保持对酒店设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities,
features and services.
系统地、有效地对被指派的分区中指定的客户进行分析并且将发现和商业机会对销售经理、销售副总监进行报告。
Systematically and efficiently calls on allocated
Accounts within assigned sector and reports findings and opportunities to the
Sales Manager/ Associate Director of Sales.
跟进销售,确认新的销售机会。
Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
达到月度、年度个人目标和本分区的房间天数产出与销售额。
Achieves the monthly and annual personal target and
the segment target room night production and room revenue.
准备并确保所有的宴会会议订单及时传送给相关部门。
Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed
to concerned department on a timely manner.
协助销售经理,跟进其缺席时所有的事务。
Assists the Sales Managers to follow up on all matters
in the absence of the Sales Manager.
确保所提供的服务总是符合操作手册中规定的最高效率、一致性和礼貌的标准。
Ensures services provided are always carried out according to defined
standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in
the Operation Manual.
完全了解酒店的设施、特点和服务。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and
services.
六、人事
Personnel
确保部门所有人员保持对酒店产品、当前促销计划、政策变动的最新认识和适当的内部交流。
Ensures all associates maintain an updated awareness
of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate
internal communication.
支持以人为本理念的实行,示范和加强凯悦的价值观和文化特色。
Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy,
demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
根据员工意见调查的结果支持酒店计划的实行。
Supports the action plans as a result of the Associate
Opinion Survey.
七、其他
Other
Duties
确保高标准的个人仪态。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and
grooming.
执行长期的负责管理态度、积极代表酒店管理层和凯悦国际。
Exercises responsible supervisory behaviour at all
times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt
International.
应对由业界、公司和酒店所产生的销售和营销部的改变。
Responds to changes in the Sales & Marketing
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
阅读酒店员工手册,理解并遵守酒店规章制度,尤其是有关防火、清洁、健康和安全的政策和程序。
Reads the hotel's Associate Handbook and have an
understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in
particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and
safety.
按照要求参加培训课程和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when
required.
执行被分派的其他合理职责。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
