根据餐厅概念带领服务团队与厨房团队紧密合作为客人提供优质的服务。餐厅经理按照餐厅、酒店和希尔顿标准提供礼貌的、专业和高效的服务并推动销售和利润最大化。
All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations.

The sales are driven to the outlet’s full potential and that budget is adhered to.
坚持销售，驱动各餐厅的潜在收入，以达到预算。
A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.

The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.

Innovation and new ideas are fostered, collected and communicated to the Head of Department.

The growth of internal talent within the outlet is successfully implemented.

Support career development by training and assigning multi-tasking.

Grow talent in order to present candidates in quarterly Talent Transfer Calls.

Follow the direction of the Food and beverage manager.

Lead the work of restaurant supervisor, Team Leader, waiter and cashier.
领导餐厅主管，领班，服务员，领位，收银员的工作。
Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：
1. University Degree in related subjects preferred.
大学学历，相关专业毕业。
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a medium to large size hotel of which must be in a similar capacity.
至少三年相关工作经验。有在酒店相关工作经验者优先。
