Must to know well about the business activity of each department in hotel, study intensively about the hotel advertising art advertisement business activity, and increase the drawing level, photography level, design level and art quality continually.
必须了解和熟悉酒店各个部门的业务情况,钻研酒店宣传美术广告业务，不断提高自己绘画水平、摄影水平、设计水平和艺术素质。
Responsible for the accumulation and edition task of advertisement design, protract and advertising data.
负责酒店广告设计，绘制，宣传资料的积累及编辑工作。
Responsible for the design and make task about photography and welcome card of VIP customer in hotel.
负责入住酒店的VIP客人的摄影和欢迎牌的设计制作工作。
Responsible for the art design of related department.
负责相关部门推广所需的美术设计制作。
Responsible for decorate the site of festival day, commemoration and celebration campaign.

Responsible for make and print about the service guide, hotel brief introduction, advertisement photography, menu, invitation card, post card, hotel picture album, memento, Christmas card and envelope.
负责酒店的服务指南、酒店简介、广告画面、菜谱、请柬、明信片、酒店画册、纪念品、圣诞卡、信封信纸的制作及印刷。
Responsible for check if all of indicator card, advertisement card and slogan card are in good condition, and renovate and change the used and damaged one in time
Know well about the related information of national and abroad. Do well the job about the information collecting, in ordering, analysis and safekeeping, ensure the design reasonable and innovative.
负责检查酒店所有指示牌，广告牌，标语牌的完好，对已旧，已坏的及时更新更换。
Keep well and save every kind of art tools, materials and keep the art site neatly.
