采购经理Purchasing Manager

岗位职责
1.制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件。
2.审批所有采购申请单、定货单。
3.根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。
4.负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。
5.负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。
6.积极开发货源，不断推荐新产品，扩大货品国产化，负责国外定货工作。
7.经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况，及时处理发现的问题。
岗位要求
1.有酒店经验，熟悉酒店用品及当地市场的食品餐料的采购渠道及熟悉酒店的采购流程。
2.熟悉酒店采购软件。
3.熟悉食品卫生安全知识及手续。
4.对采购程序，采购合同的订立精通。
5.具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力。
Job responsibility
1. Formulate procurement policies, strategies and procedures.
2. Approve all purchase applications and orders.
3. According to the hotel's demand and market supply, determine the supplier with reasonable price, reliable quality, good reputation and excellent after-sales service, and determine the supply relationship.
4. Responsible for the main business negotiations with manufacturers for bulk commodity orders, and review the execution and implementation of all contracts and other business agreements.
5. Responsible for organizing market research, timely providing market information to the hotel, guiding subordinates to complete various procurement tasks of the hotel as planned, and trying to reduce costs and save expenses within the budget.
6. Actively develop the source of goods, constantly recommend new products, expand the localization of goods, responsible for foreign ordering.
7. Regularly inspect the implementation of economic, customs, quarantine, health and other laws and regulations of the department, and promptly deal with problems found.
Job requirement
1. Have hotel experience, familiar with hotel supplies and local market food and meal procurement channels and familiar with hotel procurement process.
2. Familiar with hotel procurement software.
3. Familiar with food hygiene and safety knowledge and procedures.
4. Proficient in procurement procedures and procurement contract formation.
5. Have strong organizational skills, communication skills and management skills.
