1. To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance withall Hotel policies & procedures, and local government regulationspertaining to employment practice.
管理人力资源部,确保雇佣过程符合酒店政策程序,政策法律法规。
2. To develop a HumanResources Strategic plan in alignment with the Hotel’s business plan.
根据酒店经营计划,制定人力资源政策。
3. To develop andimplement recruitment and screening procedures in order to attract the mostqualified candidates for vacancies.
制定和实施招聘和面试程序,以吸引合格人才。
4. To overseeorientation of all new associates in accordance with Hotel guidelines.
根据酒店政策,参与新员工入职培训。
5. To assess personneldevelopment needs, recommend and oversee training programs, ensuring compliancewith performance standards.
评估员工个人发展需求,推荐和讲授培训课程,以保证表现达到标准。
6. To monitor theadministration of the performance appraisal program and provide support todepartment heads through the process.
监督员工表现评估,为部门经理提供支持。
7. To counselassociates as needed in areas such as career planning, training and act anadvisory capacity to department heads on associate matters.
为员工事业发展计划、培训等提供建议,为部门经理就其员工事宜提出建议。
8. To investigate andreview all disciplinary actions to ensure the policies and the applicable lawsare followed.
对员工违纪行为进行调查,以保证酒店政策和相关法律的执行。
9. To review personnelpolicies, procedures and practices and recommend improvements to Management.
回顾人事政策程序 , 实际操作,为管理层提供建议。
10. To administercompensation and benefits, and develop recognition programs that motivate, reward andretain associates.
管理薪资和福利工作,建立员工奖励计划以激励、表彰和留住员工。
11. To participate in key decision making with the Executive Team.
参与行政委员会重大决策。
12. To review hotel benefits and compensation levels and recommend changes asappropriate.
回顾酒店薪资福利水平,在恰当时进行修改。
13. To maintain and update files on associate records, legal documents,policies & procedures and other personnel matters.
保持并更新员工记录、法律文件、政策程序和其它与人事相关事宜。
14. To analyze Hotel manpower requirements and recommend selection anddevelopment activities to meet those requirements.
分析酒店人力需求,推荐、选拔和开展相关活动。
15. To participate in the management development and succession plan byrecommending candidates as appropriate.
参与管理人员个人发展计划,继任计划,推荐适当候选人。
16. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理层交给的其它任务。
