1. Patrol all areas including employee lockerrooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking, exits and remoteareas.

2. Good control of the safety issues within hisdomination category. Report to his supervisors upon any problem is found forquick action taken.

3. Prevent Sabotage of hotel premises.

6. Assist and maintain crowd control as required.

8. Be familiar with location of fire alarms andfire fighting equipment.

9. Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, firehose real outlets and fire barriers and all other safety equipment and ensurethat all are in good working order and report to the Duty Loss PreventionSupervisor any item of equipment which is faulty.
确保检查好火灾监视盘,消防水带的出水口等所有的安全设备,确保所有的区域在良好的运作中,如果任何设备出了问题汇报防损部当班主管。
10. 1Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around thehotel premises.

12. Be alert for any unusual packages, guests orvehicles and advise superior of same.

13. Record any meaningful information on Memo Bookin the sequence of chronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective,damaged equipment, unsafe situation, etc.
将工作时间内发生的事情按时间顺序记录在“工作日志”上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。
14. Strengthen the job of check, register andinquiry at the entrance to prevent hotel articles being taken out.
加强酒店出入口的检查、登记和查询工作,防止酒店物品外带。
15. Vehicle control especially at peak hour: Directthe drivers stop their car in the proper place and check the condition of eachvehicle.
注意车辆管控,尤其是高峰时段,指导司机在适当位置停车,并检查车辆状况。
16. Arrange the parking lots properly at Lobby carparking.
合理安排地面停车位。
17. Make way by escorting VIPs and dignitaries whendirected and direct traffic away from Lobby and other busy thorough fares.

23. Be clear with personal responsibilities when afire occurs.

24. In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiarwith and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan.
在火灾发生时,要熟悉并按照酒店的应急计划执行。
25. Respond to emergency calls and follow theinstruction of Loss PreventionSupervisor or Management.
接到报警呼叫后,按防损主管或管理层的指示行动。
26. In the event of an emergency, get to the sceneimmediately as instructed, find out the facts and then report to Loss Preventionsupervisor in shift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary.Meanwhile, make a detailed report.
在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班防损主管。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。同时,要做一个详细的报告。
27. Oversee maintenance and handling of equipmentused.
监督使用设备的维护和处理。
28. Ensure timely reporting of malfunction ormaintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.

40. During the safety inspection, use listening,hearing and seeing to actively find abnormal conditions and report them, andrecord the found conditions in detail in the work log.
安全巡查时,运用听、闻、看,积极发现异常情况并汇报,在“工作日志”上详细记录发现的情况。
41. Strictly control the entry of non-hotel staffinto the hotel area, the inquiry of suspicious personnel, visitors andconstruction personnel to do a good job of entry registration and issuance ofdocuments.
严格控制非酒店工作人员进入酒店各处区域,对可疑人员的询问,对访客人员和施工人员做好进入登记和发放证件。
42. Strictly control the items carried out of thehotel, must be opened with the department head signed approved items out of thelist, after checking without error after release. Beverage items must be signedby the general manager before release.
严格控制酒店物品携出,必须开具有各部门负责人签字批准的《物品出门单》,经过核对无误后放行;酒水类物品必须有总经理签字后放行。
