1.根据酒店市场目标,制定酒店市场推广计划。针对个别市场需求,制定公共关系策略。
Develops marketing communication program for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
2.保持与媒体的联系,计划开展新闻发布会和其他相关的新闻发布活动。并与媒体保持良好互动,以宣传酒店正面形象,并且抑制酒店负面报道。
Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
3.计划与制作酒店相关宣传品,并且确保品质符合品牌标准。
Plan and develop hotel collaterals and secure the quality and production are up to Brand Standard.
4.与采购部门合作,确保所有酒店相关宣传品,物品与标示符合品牌标准。
Liaise with purchasing department and act as brand gate keeper to secure the
hotel collaterals, amenities, signage are up to brand standard.
5.与其它部门配合并且提供市场与宣传支援。
Coordinates activities with other departments with marketing and communications support.
6.与其它部门配合并且提供市场与宣传支援。
Lead or coordinate in the major events or festive events of the Hotel in terms
of decoration, collateral production and program execution.
7.与广告公关公司合作协调,确保酒店宣传计划正确执行。
Liaise with creative, advertising and public relations agencies to ensure the communication plans are implemented correctly.
8.计划与酒店媒体计划,与媒体商讨最佳价格,投放位置并且增加最大曝光效益。
Plan and develop hotel media plan and negotiate with best possible rate, placement and maximize exposure.
9.计划与执行酒店于媒体上之宣传活动,并确保结果正确执行。
Plan, initiate and develop hotel’s promotional activities in media and ensure the
result delivery.
10.对于酒店具有新闻价值的活动,准备酒店新闻发布资料
Prepares promotional press releases on personalities among guests and employees of the
hotel and on newsworthy events in the hotel
11.定期发放酒店宣传信息
Establishes a program for sending promotional news to trade and consumer publications on
a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
12.协助当地市场的同业和消费媒体发布公司相关的宣传
Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media
13.发展和组织相关的宣传活动,协调相关的部门,邀请重要贵宾和媒体参加酒店宣传活动并且准备新闻发布会的内容。
Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments
concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues
press releases
14.媒体联络,计划与主持新闻发布会和其他新闻活动。
Maintain media contacts, plans and conducts press conferences and other press activities.
15.报纸和个人联系中发掘增加酒店收入信息
Establishes sales leads from the study of magazines, newspapers and form personal contacts; coordinates sales leads with Banqueting and Sales Departments
16.其他部门提供一些酒店内外的信息
Provides information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel which may be useful when dealing with guests
17.接受客人和媒体的投诉,要求和询问并协调其他部门处理
Accepts clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned
18.对重要客人提供个人服务,保持良好的公共关系。跟踪重要客人的预订,在客人抵达酒店时问候重要客人和团体,发放欢迎信。
Maintains good public relations by extending personalized service to VIPs. e.g. following up on reservations for VIPs, assisting in greeting VIPs and groups upon their arrival, sending welcome letter to VIP guests
19.在每日相关的媒体报导中进行剪报存档,并发放到总经理、各部门经理进行浏览
Maintains clipping files pertaining to the hotel(s) based on daily perusal of the media and provides same to General Manager, other departments, other hotels, corporate public relations, as appropriate

Maintains hotel photo file
22.与人力资源经理合作以维护公司形象
Liaises with Human Resource Manager on matters affecting corporate image

Develop hotel gifts and giveaways
24.参与当地市场的活动
Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place
25.当需要时协助拍摄酒店的照片
Co-ordinates hotel photography when required
26.监控竞争对手的信息以协助开展销售策略
Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
27.计划和协调与赞助商的活动
Plans and coordinates sponsorship and joint promotional activities.
28.向市场销售总监,总经理提交媒体的跟踪和评估情况
Media monitoring and scoring evaluation submitted to DOSM, GM.
29.参与当地市场的活动
Participates and coordinate in IHG Cluster events.
30.危机处理与建议以减低品牌与公司形象受损
Crisis management and suggestion to minimize brand and company image damage.
