安保主管

岗位职责
1. Check and review team members work and appearance and do the professional training.
组织、检查和评估队员的工作及表现并进行专业培训。
2. Assist Security Manager to deal with the daily work, finish their orders.
协助安全部经理处理日常工作，完成他们安排的所有任务。
3. Do the safe examine and adjust regularly, removes and reports any important unsafe complication to DH.
认真落实安全管理规范，经常进行安全检查和整改，对重大不安全因素要及时采取措施，组织排除并向经理汇报。
4. Supervising , examining and directing captains and staffs lining of duty. Checking the acting situation of the safe steps and directing the safe prevent work.
负责督促、检查、指导各级领班及安全员履行其职责，具体检查各项安全措施的落实到位情况，指导开展群众工作性安全防范工作。
5. Manage staffs’ daily work and review them.
负责安全人员日常管理工作，对其进行考核和考勤。
6. Keep contact with PSB, Security Bureau, Traffic Bureau , request more directions and more help.
经常保持与公安、治安、交通、派出所的联系，请求给予更多的指示和帮助。
7. Be firm in abide DH and assistant manager’s order and direction.
坚决服从安全经理和副经理的安排和指示。
8. Cooperating with the fire supervisor and other supervisor, maintain hotel security order together.
主动配合消防主管和其他主管工作，共同维护酒店治安秩序，做好预防工作。
9. Remove the incident or the potential fire and report to Security Manager.
向部门经理提出并消除事故或火灾隐患。
10. Arrange the human resource reasonable according to the accident emergency counterplan.
根据部门制定的突发事件应急预案要求，合理安排人力，杜绝各种不安全的因素。
11. Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandum and other relevant business documentation.
准备和保存文件、报告、新建、备忘录和其他相关的业务文档。
12. Interacts with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以专业和积极的风格与部门及酒店人员互动，培养和谐关系，提高团队精神并确保有效的双向交流。
13. Make sure report and offer services in time.
确保在规定时限内进行汇报和提供服务。
14. Carries out special duties and projects as assigned
按照要求从事特殊任务和项目。
 
岗位要求
1. Full of energy, smart, strong and in good health.
体魄强健，精力充沛，反应灵敏。
2. Education degree:  High middle school or higher
文化程度：高中毕业或经过相当于高中以上教育。
3. Work experience:   Outstanding performance during the work. Used to work in hotel or other service vocations as a guard or used to be a soldier. Familiar with hotel safety work and received some professional training. Walk the chalks and love the job.
工作经验：在酒店或服务行业做过警卫或安全工作，对酒店保安工作熟悉，工作表现出色，或服过兵役，受过一定专业训练，有组织纪律性；热爱保安工作，有责任心。
4. Language:  Fluent mandarin and localism. Primary English.
语言能力：流利国语、方言，英语达到初级水平。
