l   Responsible for the building minor repairs such as removing and replacing bathroom tiles, ceilings, wallboard, floors, furniture and any other carpentry woodworks. Does painting and varnishing of furniture and other technical equipment according to the approved color.

l   Responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of hotel rooms and public areas.
