The incumbent in this position is responsible for allocation of work in public areas and supervising the cleaning and maintenance operations on the Lobby, front desk, public toilets, pool terrace, and all other public areas which are in front office areas accordance to the procedures and standards established by the hotel. The scope of work may vary.

Supervises the work of public areas attendants to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction. Inspects all work assigned to your staff and takes corrective measures in order to meet standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and supplies. Also checks that housekeeping equipment are given and proper care and maintenance whilst being used.
管理公区员工工作,确保所有区域都维持最高标准的清洁和整洁以确保客人的满意。检查所有的分配给工作人员的工作,纠正不正确的地方,达到清洁,维护标准和配置。此外,查核设备的合理分发,在使用的同时有适当的护理和维护。
