Duties and Responsibilities工作职责：
1、准确无误的接听电话，并详细记录；
Answer the phone accurately and record it in detail;
2、掌握房态，并将房态准确无误的地输入电脑，并与前台保持密切联系，做好前台与楼层相关服务信息传达，遇有特殊事项及时向上级汇报；
Master the room status, and input the room status into the computer accurately, and maintain close contact with the front desk, do a good job in the front desk and floor related service information communication, and report to the superior in time in case of special matters;
3、管理服务中心各项物品，并编写建档，定期清点，对外借物品进行登记，幷及时收回，严格执行客房钥匙，房卡的管理工作；
Manage the items of the service center, and compile files, regularly count, register the borrowed items, and collect them in a timely manner, and strictly implement the management of room keys and room cards;
4、做好客人遗留物品的登记和保存工作，准确提供遗留物品查询服务；
Do a good job in the registration and preservation of the items left by the guests, and accurately provide the inquiry service of the items left behind;
5、统计客房迷你吧的消费情况，填写酒水单，按规定时间送至前台收收银处打单，幷及时将当日消费数量发给楼层服务员补充到房间；
Count the consumption of the minibar in the guest room, fill in the wine list, send it to the cashier at the front desk at the specified time to make a bill, and send the consumption quantity of the day to the floor attendant to replenish the room;
6、做好每日服务员考勤记录、病、事假条的保存；
Do a good job of keeping daily attendant attendance records, sick and personal leave notes;
7、负责客房仓库管理，物品发放及月底盘点。
Responsible for the management of guest room warehouse, the distribution of goods and the end of the month.
8、客房各项文档表格制作。
Preparation of various documents and forms in guest rooms.
Basic Requirements 基本要求:
1、中专及以上学历
Technical secondary school degree or above
2、熟练使用office办公软件
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
3、有客房部同岗位工作经验者优先考虑
Working experience in the same position in the housekeeping department is preferred
