Duties and Responsibilities工作职责:
1、在指导下、简单了解食材的处理,基本掌握包括煎,烤,炸,煮,等厨房基础技能。能根据配方独立完成菜品制作。

2、基本了解烤箱、速冷机、电磁炉、冰箱等厨房设备的使用,并能清洁厨房设备和烹调器具。

3、保持厨房环境卫生清洁,根据不同食材和非食材的存储方式,能合理规划并落实仓储布局。

QUALIFICATIONS ANDREQUIREMENTS任职要求 :
1、Graduate from technicalsecondary school or culinary school and above.
中专、烹饪院校毕业及以上学历。
2、1 years andabove previous concerned working experience is preferred.
具有一年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑。
