主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1、Within established parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customerrepresentatives and confirming bookings by letter and drawing up contracts,sign for the hotel and obtain client signature to close the sale transaction.
随着一些参数、价格和协议价格给客户的推出,通过协议书和书面合同确认预订,为酒店签订合同,接受客人签字确认,且完成销售订单完成销售。
2、Upon closing, co-ordinate and follow-up with banquet or conventionservices, reservations and or other departments to ensure delivery of superiorguest services.
随着订单的完成,协调、跟进宴会或会议服务、预订和或其他部门的工作,确保为客人提供优质服务。
3、As directed, participate in Trade Shows, Convention and &Promotional events within the hotel, the industry and customer organization.Involved in sales entertainment and other sales activities.
根据指示,参加酒内、行业内和客户组织有关销售联谊、销售活动方面的贸易洽谈展示会、会议和促销活动。
4、Develop and maintain strong contact with Account base of Customers. Build strong customer relationships.
建立和维护强大的客户关系网和客户保持良好紧密联系。
5、All other duties and assignments as directed bysupervisor or Director of Sales & Dir of Marketing.
完成市场销售总监和销售总监及主管分配的其他工作。
