Room Attendant 客房服务员

The Room Attendant cleans assigned guestrooms and keep related room floors clean at all times during a shift, assisting guests with any questions they may have. As the Room Attendant, will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
在遵循希尔顿集团及酒店政策程序的前提下，确保对所指定的客房及走廊提供最高标准清洁及服务，职责如下：
· Complete and ensure all work done in assigned areas are to the highest cleanliness standards and in adherence to Hilton policies and        procedures.
  在工作时间内清扫酒店制定标准工作量，确保所有客房达到希尔顿酒店制订的政策。确保所分配的区域的高度清洁。
· Ensure that guests' privacies are protected during service.
  确保所服务客人的隐私被保护。
· Clean and replenish supplies for guestrooms according to standards and procedures.
  按照程序和标准打扫和补给客房。
· Does turndown service when required.
  需要时提供开夜床服务。
· Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.
  随时保证万能钥匙的安全。
· Keep trolleys neat and adequately supplied.
  保持手推车的整洁和充分的补给。
· Keep linen room neat and in good order.
  保持布草房的整洁和井井有条。
· Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment and maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Supervisor.
  向楼层主管汇报任何布草、家具、固定物或装置的丢失或损坏，及地毯大理石的养护状况
· Be courteous and professional at all times, delivering high quality service to guests.
  随时为客人提供专业的高质量的服务。
· Ensure compliance of lost and found procedures.
  严格依照失物招领程序处理客人遗留物品。
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  维持对产品和服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务和设施。
