Fire Control Supervisor 消防主管

1.       Follow up all security rules and regulations, conduct regular safety check.
落实各项安全管理制度，经常性的进行安全检查。
2.       Take necessary measures to any obscurations of safety, report to Security Manager and Assistant Security Manageron check result and improvement.
对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理和助理。
3.       Supervise all foremen and fire control officers of their duty implementation, check the follow up of safety work.
督导各级领班及消防中控员履行其职责，检查各项安全工作的执行情况。
4.       Manage the daily work of fire control officers, check and evaluate their performances, work out work schedule.
负责消防人员的日常管理，检查、评估队员的工作表现，对其进行考核和考勤。
5.       Report and remove any potential obscurations of accident or fire to Management.
向酒店管理层提出并排除事故隐患或火灾隐患。
6.       Assist the Assistant Security Manager to organize fire prevention training to team members. Train the Hotel Voluntary Fire Brigade members.
协助助理经理对员工进行防火教育。培训酒店义务消防队员。
7.       Assist the Assistant Security Manager to investigate all fire accidents occurred internally in Hotel.
协助助理经理对酒店内部发生的各类火灾事故进行调查。
8.       Find and check out any obscuration of fire, prevent fire accidents occurred inside Hotel.
发现各类火灾隐患，防止酒店内发生火灾。
9.       Conduct fire control management on construction site.
对施工现场进行消防安全管理。
10.   Check and manage key and important areas in Hotel.
对酒店要害部位和重点部位的消防安全管理。
11.   Conduct regular check on fire control facilities and monitoring equipment, make them in perfect status.
对消防设施和监控设施进行检查，保证这些设备的正常使用。
12.   Work out and keep internal files and archives of Security.
建立和管理保安部内部文件和档案。
13.   Ensure the reporting and servicing deadlines are met on time.
确保在规定的时限内进行汇报和提供服务。
