General supervision of
shift operation, all team members under his control and the allocation of work
and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Property Manager.

2. Liaise with the Engineer
in the department preventative maintenance program and supervise the
implementation during his duty.

3. Inspect and control the
efficiency of all plants, associated system and equipment.
检查和控制所有机房、相关系统和设备的运转效率。
4. Recommend changes of
equipment or procedures to achieve the highest possible savings on operation
and energy cost.
从节能方面提出有关设备和运转程序的建议。
5. Schedule preventive maintenance for the room maintenance.
对客房作出维修保养计划。
6. Supervise and coordinate the installation, renovation and modification in
guestrooms。
监督和协调客房的安装,更新和改造项目。
7. Follow up all the repair and maintenance work done by Engineering
Department according to the check list and trouble report.
跟踪检查记录和客房问题报告及时进行维修。
8. General all technicians under his control and the
allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction
from the Property Manager.
管理所有员工并按物业经理的指令安排工作。
9. Schedule repair & preventative maintenance for
all equipment under his supervision.
对所管辖的设备作出维修保养计划。
10. Inspect the air
conditioning temperature of each public area every day and check whether there
is any hidden trouble in each fire passage..
每天巡视各公区的空调温度以及各消防通道是否存在隐患。
11. Check on all equipment and inventory records every
month. Keep A/V plant room cleaning and tidy.
每月对设备进行盘点清理。保持所有音响设备机房干净整洁。
12. Follow up all security
rules and regulations, conduct regular safety check.
落实各项安全管理制度,经常性的进行安全检查。
13. Take necessary measures
to any obscurations of safety, report to property Manager on check result and improvement.
对安全隐患采取必要的措施,并将检查结果和整改措施报物业经理。
14. Manage the daily work of
fire control officers, check and evaluate their performances, work out work
schedule.
负责消防人员的日常管理,检查、评估队员的工作表现,对其进行考核和考勤。
