职位描述
招聘人数:2人
1.Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by the hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise guest experience;
对酒店所针对的关键部门有深刻的理解和认识,并在必要时获得部门/客户专业知识,以最大限度地提高客人体验;
2.Prepare Weekly Events Forecasts and other supporting documents;
准备每周活动预测和其他支持文件;
3.Ensure the timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to drive the highest levels of guest satisfaction;
确保及时跟进和追求与客户和利益相关者的战略关系,以推动最高水平的客人满意度;
4.Ensure timely delivery of Master Invoice to customers and facilitate payment;
确保及时将主发票交付给客户并方便付款;
5.Work closely with the Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments to ensure the accounts from the events are consolidated and reconciled;
与预订部,市场销售部和餐饮部密切合作,确保从客户处获得的账户;
6.In the pre-event planning process, consult with the meeting planners to identify optimal meeting room configuration, recommendation on meeting/break flow, menu planning, food & beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc. to improve meeting efficiency and productivity;
在活动前策划过程中,咨询会议策划人,确定最佳会议室配置,建议会议/休息流程,菜单规划,餐饮协调,桌子安排,装饰选择等,以提高会议效率和生产力;
7.Meet with each meeting planner daily to debrief on daily events, review consumption, bill and any exceptions to contracted billing and review estimates of final billing;
每天与每个会议策划人会面,汇报日常活动,审查消费、账单和合同账单的任何例外情况,并审查最终账单的估计;
8.Plan and conduct pre-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience;
与客户和餐饮员工计划并组织活动前的会议,以确定对客人的潜在改进;
