1.Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by the hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise guest experience;

2.Prepare Weekly Events Forecasts and other supporting documents;

4.Ensure timely delivery of Master Invoice to customers and facilitate payment;

5.Work closely with the Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments to ensure the accounts from the events are consolidated and reconciled;
