Attend banquet briefings to gain full knowledge of guest expectations, particularly in relation to room layout, theming, stage set up etc
参加宴会说明以获得客人期望的所有信息，特别是会议室的布置，主题，讲台摆设等。
Follow manual lifting procedures at all times during the removal of banqueting equipment, reporting immediately to supervisor in the event of any damage such as strained muscles
在搬运宴会设备时自始至终遵循人工搬运作业手册，如有受损伤情况应立即向上级领导汇报。
Ensure the banquet store room is kept tidy and trays, tables, chairs, skirting etc is maintained in an orderly fashion
确保宴会储藏室整洁，托盘，桌椅，桌围等整洁有序。
Work efficiently with the Banquet team to deliver room set ups in accordance with client’s expectations
同宴会小组一起高效的工作，按照客户的期望布置会议室。
Assemble and disassemble tables and chairs with care, minimizing damage to equipment and walls, including scratches, paint chippings, etc
小心的组装和分拆桌椅，尽可能少的给设备和墙壁造成损坏，包括划痕，漆面擦痕。
Report all incidents requiring maintenance to your Manager
向经理汇报需要维护的所有事件。
Follow orders relating to equipment layout by the Banquet Manager
按照宴会经理制定的工作单摆设设备。
Maintain confidentiality in relation to particular events in line with Manager’s request
按经理的要求为特殊的活动保守密秘。
Ensure all equipment requests are fulfilled
确保落实要求的所有设备。
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
与上级交流疑难问题，客人或内部客户的意见以及其它相关信息。
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
按计划参加并参与每日例会及其它会议。
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
按计划参加培训活动。
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
事先准备服务所需的食品、饮料、材料和设备。
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:
