Validate of the potential of assigned accounts and create account plans as per the IHG hotels Business Development standard operating procedures根据洲际酒店集团酒店业务发展标准操作程序,确认指定客户的潜力并制定客户计划Develop the assigned portfolio to meet set goals and maximum profitability开发指定的资源,以达到设定的目标和最大化的利润Gather information on current and prospective clients / contacts to generate incremental business收集现有和潜在客户的信息,以增加业务Maintain effective control of sales expenses有效控制销售费用Use both account interaction and publicly available tools to monitor competitors' activities as it relates to both the hotel and the portfolio of accounts and share relevant information with key stakeholders in line with hotel procedures利用客户互动和公开可用的工具来监控竞争对手与酒店和客户组合相关的活动,并根据酒店程序与主要利益相关者分享相关信息Organize training sessions, daily briefings and other meetings as required根据需要组织培训课程、每日简报和其他会议Conduct periodic formal reviews with the Commercial Performance team on their targets and goals定期与商务业绩团队进行正式的目标评估Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled按计划参加并参与每日例会及其它会议。Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled按计划参加培训活动。Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:实施酒店和部门的规定、政策和工作程序,包括但不限于:House Rules and Regulation 酒店的规则和规定Health and Safety 健康和安全Grooming 仪表仪容Quality 质量Hygiene and Cleanliness 卫生和清洁Network within one’s portfolio of accounts to build relationships with key decision makers and other relevant staff在自己的客户组合中建立关系网,与关键决策者和其他相关人员建立关系Conduct client meetings as well as planning and coordinating site introduction tours and inspections组织客户会议,规划和协调现场介绍和检查Handle and manage clients’ queries or issues处理和管理客户的问题Be proactive and responsible for the follow up of new sales leads to enhance guest experience积极主动,负责跟进新销售线索,提高客户体验Develop and maintain good relationship with business generators (MICE Planner; travel agents; etc.)发展和保持与商务策划者良好的关系(会展策划者;旅行社;等等)。Ensure accurate and timely updating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided Sales System (i.e. Delphi; ngPMS; etc.) for future reference and control purposes确保在提供的销售系统(如Delphi,ngPMS等)中准确、及时地更新所有相关活动的准确记录,以供日后参考和管制之用Update Account and Contact profiles, attach Account plans, ensure ‘live’ information for action更新账户和联系人档案,附上账户计划,确保行动的实时信息Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.在当地社区发展酒店和品牌的知名度和声誉。Perform other duties as assigned.完成其它分配的任务。
