Title: E-commerce Manager, Douyin
Working Location: Shanghai, China
Your opportunity
As the E-commerce manager (Douyin), you will be responsible for
· Mission 1: Explore businessopportunities on Douyin
· Mission 2: Drive sales to increaseClub Med direct weight
· Mission 3: Work closely withinternal and external stakeholders
How you will contribute
· Explore business opportunities onDouyin
- Set the strategy of businessgrowth, and be responsible for daily operation, aiming to achieve monthly salestarget.
- Knowledge on ecommerce channelsto have creative products, contents, target audience and promotion in line withplatform rhythm.
- Negotiate with partners to getgood deals, either in commercial cost or other commercial policy
- Closely work with KOLs to betterdrive awareness and sales
· Operation management on channel todrive sales
- Proactively organize salescampaign, and get marketing resources support from platform
- Well organize daily livestreaming to promote each resort
- Understand the live streamingtraffic scheme, ability to increase sales revenue with media buy.
- Work closely with internal teamto get competitive product and marketing support and realize sales revenue
- Manage TP team to ensurequalified delivery , like campaign launch, product update, customer service,etc are well going.
· Data analysis
- Collect marketinformation/intelligence about customer, competitor, trend, localization, andas a support in daily job optimization
- Make use of internal data reportto understand better of market and guests and help in daily job.
- Coach and develop reports'capability in planning and review of projects.
Who you are?
· Education: Banchelor or above
· Experience: at least 3-5 yearsworking experience, marketing or ecommerce team with TikTok experience ispreferred; Hospitality industry or OTA working experience will be a plus. Hasthe experience in operating large fans base account.
· Knowledge: Good knowledge onecommrece, and online sales.
· Languages: Fluent English in all ofspoken, listening and writing
· Others:
1. Strong dataanalysis skill, able to get insight from data and help set strategy.
2. Ability tokeep up with rapid development of eCommerce with creativity and innovation
3. Not limitedto current status, and dare to break through to get more market share with thelanding strategy
4. Ability towork independently with limited direction
5. Willingnessto work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
6. Has amindset of accountability
