Title: Sales manager
Working Location: Shenzhen orGuangzhou, China
Your opportunity
As the Sales manager, you will be responsible for
· Market development & Strategy
o Conduct market research to identify opportunities,target in Oversea outbound business (Asia-pacific, Europe, etc.)
o Develop and implement localized sales strategies alignedwith Club Med’s brand positioning and promotion.
· Partnership management
o Deeply understand Club Med’s product portfolio adcommunicate its unique value proposition effectively in related markets
How you willcontribute
· Drive market penetration in related regions.
o Identify and capitalize on emerging travel trends inkey markets by tailoring sales strategy
o Develop new partners and resource to boost salesvolume
· Enhance partners relationship management
o Maintain long-term partnerships with travel agenciesby providing exceptional support, communication and proactive issue resolution.
· Optimize sales performance
o Identify business opportunities, analyze salesfigures and apply the insight to develop sales plans and implement commercialactions to achieve sales goals
Who you are?
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or salesrelated field.
· Experience: 5+ years of sales experience intravel/leisure industry, preferably with RSO working experience or internationaltourism markets/luxury hotels sales roles.
· Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
