1. Cleans up to 12 rooms in an 8-hour shift, ensuring all standards of lay out and cleanliness are that of Hilton laid down policy.

2. Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.

3. Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.

4. Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.
保持手推车的整洁和充分的补给。
5. Keep linen room neat and in good order.

6. Keep all linenareneat, tidy and no damage.

7. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Service Support Supervisor.

8. Attendant training to improve work and service skill.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:
1. Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors or PAdaily operation.
具有良好的管家部楼层或PA日常操作方面的知识。
2. Flexible with working hours, able to work morning shift, evening shift, week – ends and public holidays.
能够适应变动的工作时间,可以上早班和夜班,并且能在周末和公共假日上班。
3. Good knowledge for using chemicals and clean rooms.
具有良好清洁剂使用及清洁房间方面的知识。
Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1. Minimum 1 year in Housekeeping Department or PA.
至少具有一年的楼层或者PA工作经验。
2. Graduate from high school and skill training school.
高中或职业培训学校。
