Duties and Supporting Responsibilities责任和义务
· Handle administrative tasks related to the food and beverage department and kitchen.

· Maintain the Directorof Food & Beverage's calendar and all appointments.
了解餐饮总监的日程和会议。
· Take the minutes of all meetings and ensure proper follow up and followthrough with the necessary updates.
记录所有会议的会议纪要,并确保对相关事项进行妥善跟进和落实,及时更新必要的信息。
· Documents and Contract submit required.
提交相关文件或合同。
· Provides monthly report and related data to the Director of Food &Beverage and remainder of management team.
月度报表及数据统计。
· Assist the food and beverage department with breakfast and large banquet events.
协助餐饮部早餐及大型宴会活动。
. Organize monthly birthday parties and other events at the hotel, as well as department-related meetings.
组织酒店月度生日会等活动及部门相关会议的召开。
职位要求:
1.熟练的英语能力(听说读写等方面);
2.良好的沟通与表达能力;
3.能够熟练使用办公软件;
4.工作细心,有责任心;
5.接受应届毕业生。
