Directs & co-ordinates the work of the hotel engineering department.
指导和协调酒店工程部各班组的工作。
Delegating authority to personnel under his direction to carry out their responsibilities and
objectives to ensure the correct functions of the physical plant and the smooth running of the department.
授权并赋能下属员工履行其岗位职责和实现工作目标，确保酒店设施设备的正常运行以及部门运营的高效顺畅。
Recommends to the Chief Engineer changes in existing plants/services and/or the installation of new plant that will result in saving energy.
就现有设备系统及服务的优化改进，以及新设备设施的安装向总工程师提出建议，通过提升运行效率实现节能降耗和成本控制。
Ensures that the Engineering policies are implemented and adhered to.
确保工程部的政策实施。
Conduct daily briefing of Equipment Maintenance and Perfect Room Program.
每天对部门设备维保及客房维保工作进行汇报。
Check on daily engineering logs to ensure that complaints/defective equipment are follow-up.
检查日常工程日志, 确保投诉/不良设备的跟进。
Job delegation to duty engineers and technicians.
根据运营需要，合理分配值班工程师和技术人员的工作职责，确保各项工程任务高效完成。
Supervise and co-ordinate contractors for in-house equipment (include Fire Safety Equipment) servicing/repair.
监督和协调承包商的内部设备(含消防设备)维护/维修。
Ensure all the shift duty personnel are conducting daily maintenance checklist.
确保值班人员每天都在进行日常维护检查。
Analyses and prepares on a monthly basis, the heat, light & power consumption figures for submission to the Chief Engineer.
每月分析并准备气、电、水能耗数据, 提交总工程师。
Provides input and assists the Chief Engineer in preparing the annual repairs and maintenance and heat, light & power budgets. ·
提供投入, 协助总工程师准备年度维修保养及气、电、水能耗预算。
To attend meetings as directed by the Chief Engineer.
根据总工程师的安排参加内部及跨部门会议，确保信息有效沟通与协调。
Develop maintenance engineering records to determine inspection and repairs for all equipment.
建立并维护工程设备档案和维修记录，为设备检查、维护及维修工作提供依据。
Establish and supervises the Preventive Maintenance program.
负责预防性维护体系的建立与执行监督，确保工程设备安全、高效运行。
Develop an engineering organization to operate efficiently.
建立并完善高效运作的工程团队组织架构。
Establish a training program for all staff.
负责制定、组织及落实部门员工培训计划，促进员工发展并提高团队整体绩效。
