Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1.
Hold
a meeting every day before work, emphasis on recent events and the issue that
need to pay attention to, arrange intraday work. Be strict to implement the
rules and regulations.
每天主持召开班前会,强调近期发生的事件及需注意的问题,安排当天的工作。严格执行各项规章制度。
2.
Check
the dress and appearance of the staff on duty and dress strictly according to
the requirements of Marriott Hotel Group.
检查当班员工的着装、仪容仪表,严格按照万豪酒店集团的要求着装上班。
3.
Check
the record of last work every day before work. Deploy and implement it in good
season if any problem happens. Preserve the work record in good condition,
summarize and save it.
每天上班前查看上个班次工作情况记录,有问题及时部署、落实,完好保存工作记录,每日进行归纳整理并保存。
4.
Perfect
and improve the management practices and accounting of the department, carry
out the management rules.
完善和健全部门的各项管理措施和台帐,落实管理制度。
5.
Be
familiar with preventive measures and contingency plans about various events,
and can be applied flexibly.
熟知各类事件的预防措施和应急方案,并能灵活运用。
6.
Responsible
to the knowledge training and assessment for Security Officers.
负责对安保员的岗位知识培训和评估。
7.
Inspect
in the hotel at any time, and go to the control room to look over at any time,
check the security situation in the hotel through monitoring.
随时在酒店内巡视,随时到监控室查看,通过监控来查巡酒店内的安全情况。
8.
In
case of malignant incident happens, control and report to the manager and the
public security organs in good season, and work with the public security
organs.
遇有各种恶性事件发生,及时控制并报告部门总监及公安机关,配合公安机关侦破
9.
In
case of major events, VIP guests arrive the hotel, should layout and lead the
Security Officers on duty, observe the surrounding circumstances, ensure the
security of activities.
遇有重大活动、VIP客人到达酒店要布置并带领安保员上岗执勤,观察周围情况,保证活动安全。
10.
Loss
Prevention Department is the full-time firefighters of the hotel, under any
circumstances, should listen to the unified arrangement and scheduling of the
department.
安保部所有人员是酒店专职消防人员,任何情况下,听从部门的统一安排和调度。
