岗位职责:
Job Descripton
1.执行会议、政府代表团及散客的销售及跟进接待工作。
Executive meetings, government delegations and individual sales and follow-up reception work.
2.组织销售代表走访客户,管理客户资料。
Organize sales representatives to visit customers and manage customer information.
3.保持对酒店的服务、特色及运作时间有充分的了解。
Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's services, features and operating hours.
4.达到开展和维护客户的拜访要求;外出拜访客户,处理询价单。
Achieve the requirements of visiting and maintaining the customer's visit; go out to visit the customer and process the inquiry.
5.随时都能及时地预计和满足客人的需求,认知所有客户。
Recognize and meet the needs of customers at any time, and recognize all customers.
6.跟进住店客人,确保为其提供持续的服务。
Follow the in-house guests to ensure they continue to provide services.
岗位要求:
Job requriments
1.大专以上文化程度;1年以上同岗位工作经验。
College degree or above; more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2.有强烈的事业心,责任感和勇于开拓的精神,拥有良好的沟通协调能力,良好英语能力。
Have a strong sense of professionalism, sense of responsibility and the spirit of courage to develop, have good communication and coordination skills, and good English skills.
3.有独立组织项目营销工作能力,兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
Have the ability to independently organize project marketing, and have both project planning and market analysis capabilities.
