Job Description
1.制定及执行酒店市场销售计划
Develop and implement a hotel market sales plan.
2.酒店市场开发、客源拓展和酒店总收入最大化
Hotel market development, customer development and maximizing hotel revenue.
3.分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势,设立市场目标,并为酒店管理层提供准确及时的市场数据。
Analyze market trends, characteristics and development trends, set market targets, and provide accurate and timely market data for hotel management.
4.走访客户,根据市场变化,并不断改进服务工作。
Visiting customers, according to market changes, and continuously improve service work.
5.支持及激励部门所有员工为完成酒店经营目标而努力。
Support and motivate all employees in the department to work hard to achieve the hotel's business objectives.
6.监督并参与市场传讯部通过社交媒体平台维护酒店良好的声誉。确保社交媒体的公关策略与酒店品牌保持一致。
Supervise and participate in the market communications department to maintain the hotel's good reputation through social media platforms.

Active in dealing with problems, and positive working attitude.
3.熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力。
Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills.
