Job Description
岗位职责：
1.确保向所有入住酒店的客人提供优质服务，给所有的客人留下美好的印象。
To ensure that assistance is being provided at all times to all customers and guests and their stays at hotel are comfortable and memorable.
2.直接负责礼宾部的工作。
Controls and directs the entire section within the framework as defined in the organization chart.
3.协助参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训，制定培训计划。
Assist in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for all staff within the section on a regular basis.
4.监督员工的日常工作---在门口问候客人、帮助客人提行李、引领客人进房、日常的分送、交通安排工作。
Monitors, that the Concierge staffs are engaged in their daily duties – greeting of guests at entrance, carrying baggage, rooming of guests, daily directory postings, transfer arrangements.
5.处理或者解决客人的投诉，并且同饭店的客人建立良好的关系。
Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients of the hotel.
6.要服从管理层的安排和分配有到出现困难或者突发事件而需要帮助的岗位工作。
To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform in an emergency or difficult situation as required by Management from time to time.
岗位要求：
Job requirments
1.大专以上学历，服务专业或旅游管理专业或其他相关专业；
College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.
2.三年或以上礼宾部门运作及管理经验；
Three years and above Concierge operation and manage experiences.
3.大学英语，擅长Opera操作，应用Microsoft Office 软件；
College English level, familiar with Opera system, be good at Microsoft Office.
4.积极敬业，工作认真细致；
Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
5.具备较强的沟通，协调能力及团队合作精神。
Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
