岗位职责:
Job description
1.协助与酒店销售总监制定酒店年度市场计划表(包括合同公司的帐户)
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts).
2.记录以前、现在以及有潜力的客户和每个客户的客户档案。
Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
3.对预先制定的计划进行所需的拜访
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
4.预备好每个月假设的工作表来记录下所有的销售情况和上月销售有关的活动。
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
5.在一周结束时呈现销售部经理一周内出席情况的报表
Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Sales manager on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.
6.记录所有客户账户的统计信息。
Records the statistics of his/her accounts.
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
2.具有至少三年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
3.具有良好的沟通技巧。
